The program identifies client needs, provides care co-ordination to young people with mental health illness that access the service in addition to ongoing treatment and support. This position will triage, assess and provide evidence based interventions via group work or one to one sessions and assessments to assist clients in achieving their goals that are outlined in the care plan.

Essential Criteria
- Degree qualifications in Psychology/Social Work (must be AHPRA registered)
- 2 years experience in providing case management, care coordination and theraputic treatments and interventions for clients who have complex needs
- Experience in completing assessments and implementing risk management and duty of care protocols
- Ability to work with principles of early intervention independently and as part of a multidiscplinary team

Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of mental health sectors in the Sydney Metropolitan area
- Demonstrated capacity to be a team player, support and mentor colleagues and students
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication and understanding of the symptoms of mental illness and how to work effectively with clients experiencing mental illness
- Experience delivering therapeutic interventions
