Refer a friend

Refer a friend, family member or colleague to us we will reward you with $100.00* worth of vouchers if we find your recommendation a temporary or permanent placement*.

Our clients have a continued demand for high calibre employees and we believe that the best way to find quality candidates is to have them recommended, which is why the majority of our business is done by referrals.

You don’t need to work for us to qualify for this reward. If you are aware of anyone who is nearing the end of their contract or looking for alternative work, please contact us and provide us with their contact details.

* TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All Referral schemes exclude candidates who are currently registered with BRC Recruitment and are actively seeking work.

  2. The award will only be paid if the referred individual is placed by BRC Recruitment and complete at least 3 months of temporary work (equivalent to 420 hours), or 10 weeks employment in a permanent role.

  3. The referring party must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details have been handed over to BRC Recruitment.

  4. It is the referring party’s responsibility to contact the BRC Recruitment Payroll and Admin department in order to claim their voucher.

  5. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.

  6. No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the award is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.

  7. Referrals must be made to BRC Recruitment before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage are not valid.

  8. To qualify for a reward, your referral must be referred and placed within a 12 month period.

  9. We can only accept referrals for people already working in Australia, or those who are eligible to work in Australia.

  10. BRC Recruitment reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.

  11. Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a reward under this scheme.

  12. BRC Recruitment reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the referral Scheme at any time without notice.

  13. BRC Recruitment accepts no liability in respect of any tax implications that may arise from this reward.

  14. BRC Recruitment’s decision is final.
