BRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Case Manager/Program Manager to work for a client on the Central Coast. The role will see you leading and delivering a unique program designed to support rough sleepers and ensure sustainable housing. The role is a 2 year contract and has leadership piece whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders alike.

Duties in the role:

• Lead and deliver the program ensuring successful client outcomes
• Team management
• Stakeholder engagement and leading program governance group
• Intake, assessment, and case management
• Client outcome reporting and lead program so clients move toward permanent housing options

Essential requirements:

• University qualifications or equivalent experience in the Community sector, Property and Tenancy Management, Social Work, or Business Management/Administration
• A minimum of 5 years experience in case management
• Able to work autonomously, demonstrated leadership skills and experience of managing people and teams
• Experience using vulnerability assessments to support case management and delivering outcomes
• Experience using administration systems such as CIMS
• Proven experience working with clients with complex needs and an understanding of the local services sector
• Able to work in a high pressure and complex environment and effectively time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction
• A resilient and positive nature, with ingrained honesty, integrity, and empathy
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• The ability to pass a current police history and working with children check
