Client Services Coordinator/Allocator
Our client is one of Australia's leading In-home Care providers. For over 20 years they have been delivering exceptional service to people in the community. They offer tailored homecare and disability support solutions, with the vision to always exceed their client's expectations.
I am seeking an Allocations/Rostering Coordinator to start immediately, for a 12-week temporary assignment 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday at Bondi Juncction (may extend to 6 months). The primary objective of this role is to roster and coordinate a team of care workers for clients, living in their homes, in the aged and disability sectors. You will be well supported and trained on this organizations processes and inhouse IT system - Procura. When you feel comfortable in the role you can then work from home 2-3 days per week.
Duties for the role include:
* Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to clients
* Build strong working relationships with your clients
* Ability to understand a clients need quickly and thoroughly
* Managing and coordinating the care workers roster via Procura
* Following up new client referrals
* General administration
What you need:
* Minimum 1 year experience coordinating services in aged care or disability
* Love to provide exception customer service
* Experience in community care/home-based services
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* The ability to solve problems and manage conflict resolution
* Experienced in managing a roster
