Essential Requirements:

• A Nationally Recognised Certificate III or Diploma.
• Good understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) & Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• A valid Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Qualification
• Previous experience working in Childcare
• Passion and enthusiams and a strong commitment to high quality education and care
• Strong written and verbal comunication

Room Leader requirements:

• Previous experience working with the nursery age group
  
• Strong knowledge and understanding for creating and implementing age appropiate plans and programs
  
• Experience managing a small team and building rapport with families and staff
