Case Manager - Youth & Family

Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months case management experience working with children and young people and/or families in a child protection role.


Our client is a well renowned not-for-profit who has been supporting people, families, and communities for over 200 throughout Australia. They are seeking a Youth & Family Case Manager to join their highly supportive team of 6 in the Penrith region to work in their child protecton and welfare team.

What you need to be successful:
* Experience working with risk children & families in the community sector
* Tertiary Qualifications in Social work, Welfare or Psychology or related disciplines is highly desirable
* Experience identifying & addressing child protection concerns
* Demonstrated assessment and case management ability
* High level communication both written and verbally
* Available to participate in an on-call roster (shared between 4 separate sites)
* Current driver's license (Pool cars are available, so you don't need use your own car)
* Experience in working for or with DCJ or Family Preservation will be highly regarded
