BRC are currently seeking a full time Mental Health Clinician for a Early Psychosis program in Western Sydney! The program provides support to young people that have experienced their first episode of Psychosis that are at risk of developing a severe and persistent psychotic illness. Social Workers / OT's / Psychologist and RN's are all welcome to apply. The successful applicant will have a caseload and provide comprehensive assessment, therapeutic intervention, mental health support and purposeful transition planning within a psychosocial framework with a recovery focus.


Essential Criteria:

• Degree qualification in Social Work/Psychology/Occupational Therapy or Nursing with membership of the relevant professional body
• Experience in providing support services to clients with complex needs particularly homelessness, mental health and drug & alcohol
• Experience in implementing risk management and duty of care protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions and mental health treatment

Desirable Criteria:

• Three years experience working with young people experiencing early psychosis
• Knowledge of legislation and relevant mental health acts
• Immediately available
