BRC Recruitment are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide care for people who need clinical nursing services in a person-centred way that is safe and fulfils the ideals of the person and clinical nursing care for older people within an environment of increasing acuity.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in the following:

- Demonstrate an understanding of contemporary aged care clinical practice
- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Sound negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Well developed understanding of care delivery in community care settings
- Proficiency using computer applications including MS Word/Excel/ Outlook and a willingness to learn new programs
- Sound Knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement and the applications of a quality
Framework.

Qualification:

- Current Australian Health Professional Registration Authority for a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian Drivers Licence

Desirable

- Degree or higher in the Health Science or Applied Science (Nursing)
- Post Graduate qualifications in specialty relevant to aged care nursing

Previous experience in clinical position in aged care or community settings.
