Our client is a 39 place, family-owned Childcare Centre located in Narraweena. The successful applicant will be able to work at a leading centre that is continuously being awarded for being an outstanding local business and who's staff go above and beyond in all that they do

Our client is seeking a Room Leader for their Preschool room (4 -5 Years). The Centre is rich in home like culture with a very warm, friendly, and supportive approach to both staff and children.

The Role:

• Permanent Full-time Role

• Have a commitment and desire to inspire children to reach their fullest potential

• Building mutual working relationship with families

• Be involved in program and curriculum development for the children's learning

• Be a true team-player

• Have a great understanding of the EYLF and its implementations

• Lead a collaborative team of educators

Role Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care or equivalent

• Valid working with children's check

• Current First Aid Certificate, training in management of asthma & anaphylaxis

• Great written and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk certificate (desirable)

We can offer you to lead the Preschool room and work in a fun Centre with their collaborative team and the Centre's Director/owner.
