What will you do?
An opportunity now exists for an experienced temporary, Rostering Coordinator/Allocator. The primary objective of this role is to place suitable personnel into roles according to client requirements, provide caring and considered outbound calls to our clients and support workers to ensure our clientsâ needs a meet. 

 

Duties for the role include:
Filling shifts with the online rostering system â Procura

Interacting and communicating with amazing clients and candidates

Providing feedback on personnel performance

Ensuring clients work with preferred workers

General administration 

Be a helpful, proactive, and flexible team member.

 

What you need:

If you thrive on operating in an exciting, fast paced environment and can provide the following knowledge and skills, we want to hear from you.
 

• Demonstrable rostering or allocation experience

• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and think outside of the square

• Autonomy to work on your own

• Great administration and organisation skills
