How BRC works:

• You tell us when you are available whether its 3 days or 5 days a week and we find you work based on your schedule.
• Personable service that contacts you individually to attend centres based on your experience and location, you won't have to beat 300 other people to a shift.
• We only send you to a few select centres in your area and if you love the centre we keep sending you back, it's that simple. This way you will get to know the children's names and become an integral part of their team, making you a happier & consistent educator!

The successful Candidate will:

• Most importantly be passionate about childcare
• Hold their Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services/ working towards or ACECQA approved & WWCC
• Valid driving license/ Close to public transport
• Have experience in the Childcare Industry/ Knowledge the early years learning framework (EYLF)
• Create and inspire positive relationships with team members, children and their families
• Flexible to work at short notice
• Have strong communication skills
