In this role you will be mentored and working alongside the Senior BDM and Country Manager to develop and grow the company's brand and sales across Australia. This is no ordinary sales role, this is for people who thrive on providing complex, solutions sales and love the chase as much as the after sales service. You will be mentored & supported by the Senior Management Team based in Brisbane but have the autonomy to work from home either Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. Key Responsibilities:
* Addressing and qualifying all inbound sales leads
* Liaise with potential clients either via the phone or face to face
Travel up to 2 weeks out of 4, attending conferences and meeting our amazing clients face to face
* Attend customer meetings
* Assist with contract negotiations
* Work with existing customers to extend their contracts
* Work alongside the local team to ensure the smooth roll out of new projects
* Provide research on industry sector market activity
* Support tender and proposal submissions
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of new product developments, market, and customer trends
* Support the Country Manager & Business Development Manager as needed

What you need to be successful in this role:
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Open to being mentored and developing your sales skills further
* Experience in healthcare sales or customer management
* Inquisitive learner
* Creative and organized with good time management skills
* Capable of working independently & contributing your ideas to the team
* Excellent oral and written communicator
* IT proficient

Desirable:
* 2 years industry or similar experience
