An opportunity now exists for a self-motivated Account Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to account manage existing clients and look for organic growth within the Social Care space. Located near Hyde Park and Museum Station, and with WFH flexibility we are an experienced team with an excellent brand in our industry and are focused on a quality delivery of service to our clients.

What will you do?

• Manage current client's workforce needs and strengthen our relationships
• Look for organic growth and find service solutions within our accounts
• Work as a team with our recruiters and rosterers to ensure we place the right candidates to the right clients
• Ensure correct charge rates for clients and pay rates for our staff
• Work with clients to support their safety procedures, ensuring OSH compliance across our business
• Become a valued partner for our clients and an expert within the Social Care Industry

What do you need?

• Demonstrable client management experience
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
• Previous experience in health or social care industries or an understanding of the challenges our clients face
• Self-motivated, outcome focused, enthusiastic personality with a never give up attitude
• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships, face to face, via teams and over the phone
• Ability to multitask, self-manage and provide an exceptional client experience
• Have a team-based approach as we deliver exceptional outcomes
