Q. How does BRC work?

Once you have registered an interest in one of our jobs you will have a one-to-one consultation with an experienced member of our recruitment team with whom you can discuss your skills and career requirements (where possible, we will meet with you face to face). We will always be available to discuss your options and advise on the best plan of action to secure your new role either on a temporary, contract or permanent basis.

Upon the registration process with BRC you will be required to send in a resume, complete a registration form as well as provide evidence of relevant certificates of qualifications and any current memberships. BRC will also request photo ID and where appropriate extra identification for police or Working with Children’s checks. All applicants will also be asked to read our Privacy Policy which explains what we do with your information and how you access it. We will also ask all applicants registering with BRC for temporary on-hired work to read BRC's WHS policies and procedures before commencing your temporary assignment.

Once you are successfully placed in a temporary role you will be sent a 'welcome pack' which includes your contract of employment, Tax File Number form, bank and super details form, timesheets and Fair Work information statement.

You can expect honest and open feedback from our Consultants, we will not be afraid to tell you if we believe your short term hopes and ambitions are unrealistic and we are able to make recommendations to help you achieve your long term goals.  Your Consultant  will be available to help with pre and post job applications.
