BRC is a recruitment consultancy that specialises in staff for Housing Associations, Not for Profit, and Community & Welfare Organisations. BRC recruit for both temporary and permanent staff for numerous disciplines across these sectors. What are the options? Option 1: Vacancy is advertised on www.brcrecruitment.com.au which receives a large amount of traffic from both our clients and candidates. This option normally costs $50.00 + GST per vacancy advertised. Option 2: Vacancy is advertised on www.brcrecruitment.com.au. BRC will send out application packs to applicants and return expressions of interest to you, saving you time and resources so you can carry out your own recruitment processes. This option will cost $100.00 + GST per vacancy advertised. Option 3: Recruitment process as per Option 2. BRC will receive applications from candidates and carry out all initial assessments, matching experience to your criteria provided. This option will cost $500.00 + GST per vacancy advertised.* Option 4: Recruitment processes as per Option 3. Instead of NGO employers carrying out initial interviews of candidates, BRC will carry out initial interviews and offer a short-list of suitable candidates from this process. This option will cost $2000.00 + GST per vacancy advertised* Option 5: Full recruitment process including advertising on www.brcrecruitment.com.au and www.MyCareer.com, search and selection of candidates from BRC’s extensive candidate database, and utilising our network of contacts within the sector to source additional candidates. This option will be subject to our standard terms of business for recruitment, (please contact BRC for further details) with a special discount for MHCC members.* Please note that NGO employers will also be eligible to receive preferential rates for temporary staff to cover whilst recruiting to a permanent position, to cover sick leave, maternity leave or during periods of peak workload.
