Quantity Surveyor required, Sydney CBD We are urgently seeking a number of Cost Planners / Quantity Surveyors for our clients Sydney office working with a team of Estimators and Cost Planners. Reporting to the Director and working on large projects throughout NSW you will required to have strong measurement and cost planning skills. To be successfull in securing this role you will have: * good measurement and pricing skills across all trades * first class cost planning abilities across all building elements * an understanding of all procurement methods * tertiary qualifications in a building related field - QS degree is well respected - as is MRICS or AAIQS or equivalent * good negotiation skills * sound technical knowledge They are preferably looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with experience working for a large QS consultancy or Tier 1 Builder in Australia. Fantastic opportunity to join a very busy team on a rolling temporary contract until December with a likely extension into the New Year.
