Client Services Officer (part time), Young, NSW Argyle Community Housing Ltd. is a community managed Housing Association. The aim of the Company is to house people who are waiting for public housing. The Company housing stock is located in the Local Government Areas of Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, Goulburn, Yass, Young, Queanbeyan, Wagga Wagga & Griffith. Generally the households to whom the organisation responds, face issues such as homelessness, unemployment, high rents, family difficulties, domestic violence, legal and emotional problems. The Client Service Officer role requires a solid background in housing / property management, commitment to client service, an ability to interview, asses and manage rental arrears. Experience required: Qualifications of a tertiary level are not essential. Most essential and desirable is practical experience working in social housing with people of all ages, cultures and social standing, to establish a good rapport with the community and to demonstrate an understanding of issues relevant to the client groups.
