BRC are a specialist agency who have worked for many years in the Community and Welfare Sector. We are presently working on several opportunities specifically in the field of Aged Care, at a Managerial and Coordinator level.

As a result, we are interested in hearing from candidates with a strong managerial background in the Aged Care Sector.

These roles have a focus on the day to day operational management of services, however we are also wanting to hear from individuals with strategy, service improvement and process improvement focus.

We would like to hear from experienced individuals with the following experience:-

Operational Management
Financial and Budgetary Management
Business Process Improvement and QA experience
Service Development Experience
Funding Tendering Process Experience
Staff Management experience
